Hmmmm..always did think ol' Dan boy's CV looked a little fishy (no pun intended). Other questions now beg answers too, as in the chicken or the egg riddle (to continue with the fish and foul theme - pun intended): 1. Did Midland acquire DF144 first or was it Dan Fisher? 2. Why would a highly placed (ex-)executive resort to quick buck, risky chicanery if he was convinced his product was indeed revolutionary and his company on the way to the pinnacle? 3. Who is the Midland board that approved Dan Fisher? 4. Was there not a thorough background check of Fisher done prior to this incident? 5.If not, why not? This is a highly prized formula....Speaking of which...6. DOES DAN FISHER HAVE IT?

Good morning ... if I was trying a desperate buy-to-cover plan, after the last two days of gradual UT's on 80%-plus buys, I prolly would try to let it stagnate today, stop buying, and hope that nobody else was buying either, while trying to convince anyone I could to sell. A little selling and no buying would prolly drift the Ps down, and that in turn might scare some nervous hands who haven't sold off the news only because it was going up. That in turn would create a better buy-to-cover opp for Fisher or his Affiliated Minions.

So, if the stock drifts down today and anyone feels like selling, go ahead, but remember, you may be playing right into Fisher's hands.
