Hi Islander...here is my opinion (like you asked for it...LOL) on your questions.

1. "1. Did Midland acquire DF144 first or was it Dan Fisher? "

I believe I read somewhere early on in the DD that the patent was
acquired by Arcon, Inc., which was acquired by Midland, Inc. I
do not think Fisher has a personal interest in the patent.

2. "Why would a highly placed (ex-)executive resort to quick buck,
risky chicanery if he was convinced his product was indeed
revolutionary and his company on the way to the pinnacle? "

It depends. He could have had any number of reasons. My guess
would be that he was probably beginning to feel the heat of an FBI
investigation, and needed to generate some quick cash to get
himself out of trouble for past indiscretions. If the FBI already
has a warrant issued for his arrest, chances are they didn't just
start looking at this guy last week. He probably knew they were
going to nail him, and was probably trying to "make it all better"
before they did. Again, this is all speculation and for all I
know they guy could have a chemical imbalance in his brain that
makes him do stupid stuff. People have been trying since the
beginning of time to understand the rationale of criminals, to no
avail.

3. "Who is the Midland board that approved Dan Fisher? " fair
question...answer could probably be found within previous DD.

4. "Was there not a thorough background check of Fisher done prior to
this incident?" You could look at this in 2 ways...#1, If Fisher
had something that he truly wanted to hide, he could have gotten
by a background check. People do it every day. #2, Why would
they have done a background check? At the time Fisher came on,
Midland had no "Golden Goose" (DF-144) to protect. After the DF-
144 became a factor, Fisher had already been in place as a key
player for too long to justify one at that point.

5. see above

6. "DOES DAN FISHER HAVE IT?"...who cares! It is a worldwide
patented formula, so what is he going to DO with it even if he
does?? Besides, I think he has bigger concerns now...like how to
avoid that guy named Tiny and a future of orange clothing.

There has been only one question that has been weighing heavily on my mind...What can I sell to get more cash to buy more "p"???

Just my opinion,
Binder
:-)

Islander, you ask a very good question..and one that I put to this thread this morning.

Message 4801565

1.) Since Dan didn't come from Midland after the RM with Arcon, then who hired him, what did he bring to the table and why wasn't his background checked then?

2.) ...and as you said, why go for the quick buck if your a company insider sitting on DF-144. We need to learn more of Dan's history with the company and his connection to the DF-144 product.

Dan Fisher is now wanted by the FBI... It sounds like Arcon made a deal with the devil (Dan Fisher) and we the shareholders need some facts as to why. Let's all hope that DF stands for Dynamic Fuel and not Dan Fisher.

1. Did Midland acquire DF144 first or was it Dan Fisher?

Well from my understanding John Spriggs found the DF-144 he had the contract and went to Dan to get the financing which apparently never fully developed.

2. Why would a highly placed (ex-)executive resort to quick buck, risky chicanery if he was convinced his product was indeed revolutionary and his company on the way to the pinnacle?

Call Ann Fielder in charge of the Texas Security Dept. 214 630-8681... The FBI Agent agent's name Steve Kleinlein 412 720-2200 ... You will get all the information you need.

3. Who is the Midland board that approved Dan Fisher?

Majority Board member

4. Was there not a thorough background check of Fisher done prior to this incident?

Dan told there was with his attorney ... he has procrastinated filling out Board of director questionaire as a director.

5.If not, why not? This is a highly prized formula....Speaking of which...

Heck I do not KNOW....

6. DOES DAN FISHER HAVE IT?

No .... Dan has nothing to my knowledge because the patents are instantly assigned to Midland...

Look all Dan has to do is come back to American soil and do what he has to do. Just simple come back to the US.
