Sorry Paul, I didn't mean to point my post at you. You are one of the few guys that I pay any attention to since Joe and Salah left. I've always enjoyed what you have said long term and agree with you @ 95%+ of the time .

I do. I'm sure they took him seriously but most likely worked harder on damage control than considering changing anything that "they" do.
This is a public company that has been able to almost all of its dirty laundry inhouse. You know more about all of this than I do most likely Super NOS, Super NOS(NOT),NEST, NEST(NOT), WP/Borland, WP/Borland(NOT), Intranetware, now Netware again, and on and on.

The searching needle is still trying to find north.

My comment about the lawsuit was to point out that Novell is most likely being more careful about their bookkeeping and claims about it etc. Their announcement about buying back shares allows them to semi-legally play with the stock price. With a 1mm share push/pull on a stock that normaly trades @ 2-4 mm a day it would seem that you could accomplish whatever you want with little effort.
