Maybe you should have RESEATED it instead. They don't work well with seeds in them!

really, your Dell blew up hey? Just because you pulled the video card and "re-seated" it? Could you expand a bit on "blew up"? sorry I don't have time to read the posts here. Like was there smoke, or did the motherboard get zapped with static electricity or what? I burnt a 386DX motherboard that way, long time ago.

You mean 'reseat'?

did you turn the power off before reseating the card??

or are you the type of computer user that ypu talked about some posts back, the one that said I dont have 'any' key on my keyboard.<gggggg>

Or perhaps you thought if you 'reseed' the computer it will sprout some video.
