Scotsman, maybe when the insiders will start buying. They have not bought shares in a year. The company bought about 900,000 shares or so at an average above $17.5 (at what was at the time BV).

There have been reports that sales of Chips in Asia may have hit bottom and that two months in a row there were slight sequential increases. I think these reports of a turn are still premature.

I am still waiting, and while admitting that at these prices, it is very appetizing, I do not cherish "dead money" and there is an outside possibility (as I have been saying for quite some time) that we might even see a spike to 10 or so. Carl does not feel the turn will be until late Autumn, and I agree with him. I see however a strong possibility of a meaningful rally starting within two weeks or so, and that might be worth a trade. Warning, I still think this will be a "semi bear market rally", and expect the real killing wave late in October early November. Thus, IMHO, patience will be rewarded. Keep your powder dry.
