Alan Chernoff just ran a story on the CCSI controversy. He had on Ascenio, Darby, and quotes from Dr. Maisels and Dreyfus. Dreyfus has stated that the fund manager in question had not broken any company policies. A lot of people will take a good hard look at the facts now that the story is well known. I say the longs will prevail once the "misleading" and false statements are rebutted.

>>>That's pretty bold shorting into momentum with more likely tomorrow. <<<

Ron, I did the same thing with CFON. I have already made a nice piece of change on a closed CCSI short so I have some breathing room. The stock is overpriced here, IMO, and I think any pop will be short lived. I wasn't willing to wait to see if more greater fools would show up and bid up Darby wasn't very impressive, and that doctor from Mt Sinai that is promoting the device has 75000 options to buy CCSI. Not that I'd think that would tint his opinion, not at all.

I see 8 as resistance, so I'd be inclined to wait for a downturn if it actually levels off above it.
