Chuzzle, it's my impression that high-end servers costing $1M can't be cut from a cookie cutter the way $1500 PCs can be. And the level of customer hand-holding that is needed when there's a system problem seems to be an order of magnitude greater than just calling Tech Support to trouble shoot. I'm referring to the server market DELL with be after when the Merced chip rolls out. Do you see it otherwise?

btw, I own DELL machines and find their tech support far superior to other vendors.

Oh, I agree with your first blink assessment of CPQ's new BTO model.
