well, laws are made from public debate, and we all have congressional reps, so we all have a right to express our opinions. however, i not that the sec has asked the nasd to police itself, with little effect. what happens when an industry fails to police itself is that the government comes in and does it, and that is very inefficient. i dont want to see the sec take this action, but do you have a reasonable alternative that has a chance of actually being done?
