I see your point, Jess. Thanks for the clarification. Still, I have heard/read that what is really needed in Asia is for some of the banks to actually fail rather than a White Knight to slow their fall. I feel like something is needed to force them to acknowledge their system has its flaws, needs to be tossed out, and then reworked into an honest system if not outright replaced. Anecdotal story, but today at lunch I was told that the good, young people in Japan are not going into civil service jobs as they once did because the corruption has tarnished the image so it is getting hard to get good people. Scary prospects for sure! regards Kirk out
