Someone I know talked to the buyer for the largest pharmacy in Mexico. Their url is www.benavides.com.mx/

You can phone the merchandise manager Fernando Torres at 528-150-7700 to confirm the info I'm posting, or to follow up with newer info, if you speak Spanish, or talk to his assistant who speaks English.

As of last week they were offering Viagra for $10 and paying $7 to PZE for each pill. No real sale of Vasomax had started, there wasn't much interest in it, but the pharmacy was offering Vasomax at 3 pills for the price of 1, at a price of $10 (but for three). Assuming they were also paying $7 for three Vasomax pills, (as they were paying for Viagra which they were selling at $10) then their cost on Vasomax was $2.33 cost per pill. Zonagen hasn't disclosed their percentage but assuming it's 22%, they're getting $.50 a pill. They had expected to make much more so a lot of projected figures would have to be drastically reduced.

Viagra didn't have to lower prices to get initial sales. Will they be able to raise the price on Vasomax after the launch? Not if sales are poor.

Does anyone have sales figures for this week?

Linda
