What does that mean "mindshare" i herd it but i don't think i fully understand the concept.

That could be a seasonal thing maybe because of tax season. Still it's to early to tell if Rk figures have any relevance. Thanks RD Buschman

their advertising may be losing its effectiveness or competition may be making inroads (isn't that about when BKS started gearing up promotion?). The latter two would be bad things in a "mindshare" race. Bob, This is my perception of the drop and the cause. B & N was not serious about the net until this quarter. They did have their online site without the quality of Amazon's. This quarter the site qualities are equal in my opinion and B & K are promoting very heavily. Glenn
