That could be a seasonal thing maybe because of tax season. Still it's to early to tell if Rk figures have any relevance.

This is my perception of the drop and the cause. B & N was not serious about the net until this quarter. They did have their online site without the quality of Amazon's. This quarter the site qualities are equal in my opinion and B & K are promoting very heavily.

Just to provide a little unique information to this thread: since I own a bookstore, I can give you the general order in which the months fall in terms of gross sales (highest first):

December
November
August
July
June
May
October
April
March
September
January
February

This may or may not be relevant to Amazon, but it will give you an idea of the customer flow elsewhere for books.
