Fundamentals: There is still a lot of discussion on the Fundamentals of this company. Is this good management with a good plan. It looks that way. Will they be profitable. The answer is likely yes. But the reason this is a penny stock is that there are so many shares outstanding. And each acquisition is being done with more shares. An acquisition in itself is not necessarily a good thing. As in any purchase, the price must be right. To go from 40M to 70M shares, essentially that has taken 25 cents per share from each of us. I hope but cannot yet say these acquisitions are prudent and profitable. With each price decline, the MM's and daytraders are blamed, but with each increase everyone pats themselves on the back for great DD. Buying and holding is great if you really understand the company. Buying and holding is not so great if we are not sure where the value will come from. I feel in EDII we are somewhere in between, but would like to continue to pursue a better understanding of the company and the valuations. Jim B, if you have more DD that is positive, please post it sooner than later. jmt
