Harold,
I can't tell you how glad I am to see somebody here with some good qualifications and remarks. I refused to take part in any conversation here since every article with an abbreviation "TGSK" is seen to be great news for the companies.

Since you are in the business for a very long time it would be very helpful to answer two important questions:

1) Did the change of the company name and the cusip number force shorters to cover their shorts?

2) Do you have an explanation for the unusual volume over several weeks now which is not explainable by any normal trading activity in my eyes? There are nearly one fourth of the outstanding shares traded every day. I have simulated several scenarios in my mind, but I could not find any satisfying explanation for that. I had an explanation if this happened for two weeks or so, but not for such a long time.

Thanks in advance!

Ralph

Harold,

I am not going to dignify your post with a response. You come across an an extremely arrogant and self-centered individual. You refuse to listen to any viewpoint other than your own. You don't want my response, because you'll just tear it apart. . . I'm already wrong in your eyes.
I apologize for "not having the slightest idea how the real stock market works": I'm also sorry for not bragging about my stock market experience in a long-winded first paragraph, attempting to give a garbled post (riddled with holes) some credibility.
"But if you must give advice, be sure it is soundly thought out."---- ever consider following your own suggestions??

Harold,

Very informative message. One thing I have not heard is whether or not the dividend is going to be a cash dividend or a stock dividend. If it is a stock dividend (which supposedly would put some of the stock they repurchased back into friendly hands), how does that affect your analysis? What would that do to people with short positions? Do they then have to come up with 13% more stock (assuming a $0.20/share stock dividend at current prices) to cover their position?

Thanks in advance for your take on this.

Gator

Still claiming I'm the devil incarnate?? Looks like the dividend occured (though price was downgraded in order to continue to aggressively buyback shares). And heh, the stock reacted positively. . fancy that. But I'm sure there was no short covering today whatsoever, right Harold??? I sure wish I had a clue how the real stock market works like you do, Harold.
BTW, stock will NOT be reduced by .10 when dividend is paid. Pure nonsense in regards to this BB. Might have some selling after deividend paid, but no automatic drop.
