I suggest you contact Tusk \ Loon via e-mail to get answers to your
questions about Hugo et al and RBR, etc..

I do know where some of the P.P. was placed but not all of it so I can't
help you on that either. Sorry.

As an afterthought, would it not be quite an expression of confidence in
the play to see a Director of Tusk vend an interest in RBR to Loon for LEY
stock only (no cash)???

I am of course only ASSUMING that Hugo was one of the parties that is
vending an RBR holding. I do not know that to be factual.
