Jack,

I like the disclaimer at the end of your last post. Maybe another Question we should ask is...what was the money used for? Or better yet, what the f&*k is going on between all these "deals". There are so many "deals" I heard about...I want to know what is really going on? I'm with you jack, an AUDIT would be in order.

Senerio of events (opionion only - see jacks disclamer)

* JL has 1+ million (I thinks it's 3+ million) invested in the company
(posts from almost 2 years ago).
* Buy xecm...buy xecm..hurry...It was $1.90 when i joined the family.
* JL gets JV the job (JV is our GOD).
* JV can't get rid of Joe because he gave him the job. (Its a "i'll
scratch your back if you scratch mine" deal). I really believe they
liked each other in the early stages.
* A year and a little goes by (JV and JL making serious cash!!).
* Lawsuits popping up all over the place (Who gives a rats ass, JL and
JV still making cash).
* Joe sells stock for some reason or another.
* JV gets rid of JL (Don't know real reason).
* JL hates JV. (JV is evil now, not as god like)
* JV is still making serious cash...Joe's out (the money train has
departed).
* For some reason, JL doesn't have 10% of the company. He made it out
like he did.
* Dan L will save the company (1 week left).
* The doctor, suckerfinder and various other characters come and go.
* Jayne hates JV and always has, "I'll get a shareholders meeting
together and save the company."
* Quack detective has vision from venus and beams up a small dog to
the planet xecom (you have to see his site).
* ALL THE WHILE...we got f*cked.

Now, I firmly believe that everyone has a different interpretation of how much money was exchanged and who paid who and what happened to this stock...yadda yadda yadda...a nice AUDIT would clear a lot of things up (not everything).

So, I still have no clue what's going on.

jeff

Jack,

Patty is going to print out IWIC's monthly overhead, and it will be published. I don't need to do this, but I will to clear the air. Joe V will learn that a lie always catch up with you. But he thinks he is smarter than all of us. By the way, I just learned that our best guy in sales was fired. You heard me talk about him before, Tim Barton. He was instumental in repairing all the damage that was done. He was standing up to Sprint, and was able tell them when they were wrong. Once again, a little greed and the axe falls. Big mistake! Joe V has got to go.

Reasons
1. Me of course, but it will be settled in court.
2. Lied to Wes about Proctor.
3. This Airforce academy, botched deal. We won't be making money on that deal.
4. Fireing Tim Barton. One less salary to pay, a raise for some one else, and a bullet in our head.

Jack,

FIG

Dal Grauer: Answered shareholder calls. Kept corperate data, and did internet related duties. $2,500.
Mario Lanza: Answered shareholder calls. Called shareholders regulaly to keep them up to date. Maintained records on shareholders. Corperate research (to help me find potential merger canidates). $2,000.
Joe Leanard: same as Mario and Dal, but also did the website. $2,000.
X: In the past we usually had 4 people working in FIG. $1.5-$2,000.

IWIC

Joe Lanza: Draws $4,000 a month. Talks to shareholders, too much time on this site, talks to brokers, promoters, lining up potential merger canidates.
Marcela: receptionist, fax, mail, data imputation. Helped Joe V and Cliff Casey with their letters and mailings. $2,000
Patty: Handles accounting and billing. Type's letters if need be.
Carol: who is now gone. She handled Joe V's and Cliff's stuff.

You have now seen my operating costs, not including phones mail ect...

Jeff,

JL put in over 3.8 million in stock & cash.
JL did help get JV the CFO job. When Truher resigned, the board elected him as acting CEO.
JV and board did breach my contract.
JL has not made any money on Airstar. In order to make money, he has to get over 3.8 million out of it.
JL does not hate JV.I think that JV should eat a bar of soap for lying, and he should have a belt taken to him, to teach him respect.
JL or IWIC turned back over 1690 pref B, which equals about 3,380,000 shares.Topnet turned back 990,000 shares. The shares were non voting, and there for I had no control. Joe V made a mistake and put me down as a 53% owner. Top Net still has 2,749,000 shares.
JL has around 500,000 shares and is owed 200,000 plus from the company.
JL has never said that he was a 10% owner, although others have.
Jl never wanted voting control, though that has changed with recent events.
