Great news on the financing front -- this should keep the funding worries at bay until we sign up OEMs and get the meter onto PCs -- at which point we should actually start to see at least a little bit of revenues trickle in from the meter itself -- I'm looking forward to that. I guess the question that comes out of this announcement is what the relationship is between any dilution coming out of the exercise of these warrants and the corresponding financing gains. I guess the bottom line is that a lot of people want to own these shares -- and my guess is that the reason is not just to cash in on the recent gains.

Wave expects broad deployment of the WaveMeter before the end of 1998... Which means that some big news is coming soon. The SMSC announcement said they won't be getting wave out until early 99. IBM is supposed to be making an announcement by the end of the month regarding 100 million dollars toward a "microchip". Could that be us? I'm so excited. GO WAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
