Wahoograd has made the point that it would be nice for Wave to be relisted in advance of the next round of announcements. The next round could be nearing. Even if NSM's trek down the SMSC path is not imminent, look at IBM. The company has multi-page ads in major newspapers in which its e.Commerce campaign seems to be building toward PCExpo next week. The Lark Allen project may loom.

At the same time, Wave has recently been infused with more than $6 million in cash -- $3.25 million from ITG and a like amount from the exercise of warrants. That probably puts the company over NASDAQ's net tangible assets threshold. Wave also has a very recently updated Form S-1 on file with the SEC.

I think this is starting to look pretty good.

Best wishes.

A while back I asked if anyway had heard of a major order/tie-up or whatever between Wave and IBM.

I am still convinced of a $100M to $150M "order" (in inverted commas because I can't work out exactly what the money is for) from IBM. This "order" has been described to me as being double the net-worth of the company. I was told that it should be happening in June; but my colleagues and I saw it slipping into July because we couldn't see where Wave would announce it i.e. what trade show, etc.

However your note and its immediate response from 24461, or something, has turned my whole thinking around in so far as it could be IBM who are at the trade show and the whole thing could be steared by them!

Short term finance secure; multi-international media promotion of e.Commerce by IBM; the chronological events are all building!

Stock seems to be rolling a bit more now @ $3.5 as opposed to jumping and diving. Time to buy maybe? I have!
