Jeffrey's question:

>>>Why is ESVS a computer services co. hiring INTERNET advertising executives????<<<

BlueFox's answer:

>>> A good question Jeffrey. Why is ESVS building a full Internet marketing organization on
their own, when they have a deal with a firm that should already have that structure? It's
apparent they want into the Internet advertising business. Why not just merge ZULU's
team in now instead of going out and hiring a team as well?

My response to all:

You have to understand, BlueFox, that Zulu bought first the technology (primary of which is EchoMedia) and then the marketing strategies with bluechip clientele (Softbank Interactive Marketing). Regarding the technology, for example, EchoMedia and NB Digital, the principals Tom Burgess and Ralph LaBarge, remain on board in the Zulu/ESVS combination. Regarding SIM's marketing and clientele, we now know that Steve Bostic has remained on board, and is ably assisted by the guy who worked with AOL's Digital City. This is nice!

In other words, the component parts of both Zulu and ESVS are being paired into a consolidation strategy that will see a new and visionary leadership at the top, hence the introduction of Roger Mincheff and James Green. If you're going to grow and become a competitive force for the future, there is a definitive need for the kind of new people hired into the Zulu/ESVS combination.

It's my supposition that the reason all of the news releases come from ESVS and not Zulu, is because ESVS has the stature of the Nasdaq listing. It's no different then: Would you waste your keynote speaker as the first speaker, followed by lesser ones? Of course not! You build up and into things. You set the table, so to speak. And Nasdaq has prominence over OTC:BB any day of the week, any week of the year and so on.

I also think that in the end, ESVS will give up not only its Nasdaq listing, but also its name to Zulu, and that Zulu will be the way of tomorrow.
