Just called the company and did not like how it came out. First of all he was very very vague on everything(Asked him if he expeced a profit this year and he said hope so). Then he asked me if I own any stock which I said no which made him even less coropartive(Also asked if I was a big investor?). I can feel that he was getting impatient so I quickly ended it by asking him about the 5M Float and 20M Outstanding and his plans on reporting(nasdaq requirement) in which he said it was something like that(for float and outstanding) and on the nasdaq requirements he did not really give an answer. He is suppose to give me a fax on the earnings report but if do not recieve one then this will be the last time I deal with this company. Good Luck, john Will let you know if I recieved info.
