I would not call it done yet. How much are they paying for Propower? And how much do they have to use vs DF-144? Also I see DF-144 as having a much higher octane rating which will be able to boost lower grade fuels or higher enthanol content blends!

There is no "official" endorsement from NASCAR. Just know three teams tested and used it in races,positively. Do think NASCAR may be looking at it though. One of many looking and testing.
