Greetings Roger I agree with you entirely. (FYI: I am a long) IMHO, there are only two things that explain this. 1. Hubris on Mannys part. 2. He has something NO ONE else has uncovered. Dreyfus is a cornerstone of the pension savings system for millions of Americans. If I were the SEC and I had to protect my own tail from being accused of lax supervision, as well as keep a public outcry from ensueing or go after Manny and make him put up or shut up NOW, my decision would be an easy one. God himself will not be able to help Manny if he is proven wrong. I think things will move very rapidly from this point forward. Regards Pete
