Tonto, is it possible that the new TVSI is better than the old? So far, I like what I see in the new management and believe that the new TVSI is in deed profitable. Of course, we won't know for sure until the next 10K comes out. The price of the stock is pretty much where it was before the merger news came out which reflects the old TVSI. Surely it is not wrong for investors to buy in at these prices with the expectation that the new TVSI is significantly better. Present stock prices in general usually reflect forward looking earnings. These forward looking earnings may or may not be on target which only the future will tell. Under normal market conditions, the street usually prices a stock based on forward expectations. There are many stocks that have reported losses for many quarters, yet their price is not .02. Is it wrong for shareholders to like what they see with the new TVSI that they may not have seen with the old? Will you disappear from this thread or post positively if shareholders are right in their choice and the new TVSI turns out much better than the old? Time will tell.
