Actually, I agree with you, John. It's just that I have that "nagging feeling." Also, with unsavory characters like Saddam H and the Chief Potentate of Kuwait and King Faud (sp), etc., logic and common sense don't always reign supreme.

I think this is the heart of the matter. The producers need to be able to depend on each others' sticking to agreements. They need some form of enforcement. Some kind of sanction for cheating.
