utee, thanks for the URL for Pfizer/Viagra. I reviewed it before I considered Viagra, but it hasn't been updated since concerns with hytrin arose; the only drugs it cites as contraindicated are organic nitrates. IMHO it's critical that Pfizer research the issue and advise their customers (and the medical community) if it is safe to use hypertension treatments in conjunction with Viagra. Unless Pfizer provides it, local MDs won't have data to draw on, and will probably advise their patients not to use Viagra until the interaction is resolved. PFE investors would lose in this scenario.
