Daryn, <<Unless this is a scam>> I don't think so. The insecticide product sounds unique and seems a nice niche product. The product kind of reminds me of products like slow release medication and fertilizers with coatings to slowly release the active ingredient. Low level insecticide that works over time seems preferred over high intensity regular applications. Should also be lower labor cost in commercial applications. I don't think that Bishop became the majority shareholder to just sit on dead money. I suspect that we will see a flurry of PR activity when they have their "friends" situated.
