Introduction Market Data Compact

Apparently this is the stock symbol for a new company that consists of a merger between a public company called Food Concepts, Inc. and a private company called Insecta, Inc. It is early on this one. There is no information available about the new operation. The stock trades at .25 or so and has 700,000 shares in the float, allegedly. With this small float and a real business operation this stock price may not hold long. If anyone has any information, please post here. Thank you and good luck.
