Excuse me, if you believe that there was a "plan", then it seems that Mr. Oppenheimer knew of the "plan" because he has been exercising his options and then selling all his shares to cash in as much as he could before this decision. I feel sorry for all those that lost money here - I have no shares in either company (my interest comes in my investment in another Venezuelan gold property), but have been watching from the sidelines.
