JohnO,
Compaq is sold in Wal-Mart stores so maybe they are looking for unique products rather than compete with their retail operation. I don't think BTO is a huge money maker but I could be wrong about it. The computers available on the Wal-Mart page pretty much cover most needs. The monitor choice is already there.

I checked out a Wall-Mart store- they were selling Acer-Compaq-Packard Bell. I asked two clerks about AMGV,s BTO computers and they could not provide any information on BTO,s. AMGV will have to get promotion material to the stores to bolster BTO sales. ..........edde
