Hi Richard...

Just as a matter of housekeeping, Stan Dejardins owns approximately one third of the total equity interest in Simula, and not the 10% that you have noted.

My own take on Mr. Dejardins is that his principal interest is inventing things that protect people. He is hardly a promotional Board Chairman, and it is my belief that the speculation regarding his being replaced (so that he will be free to follow those pursuits in line with his basic interest) are well grounded in the truth.

Certainly, if *I* were he, I would want to get the Auto Products Division public and on its own prior to my stepping down or taking a "Chairman Emeritus" position. I think getting that operation "public" so that its product line would be more quickly recognized by the riding public (and thus save that many more people from serious injury or worse) would be the crowning achievement of his career.

Have a good evening.
