Chris, This wasn't a report on one guy. It was a list a mile long and not one buyer. Pay attention to Chris' common sense here. Don't get caught like KRY folks. They also ignored the fact that no KRY insiders would buy, but they ALL would sell. Reckon both these outfits know something more than us?

Unless it is a 'force majeur' emergency or this fellow is going through personal bankruptcy, why file to sell NOW?? He must know this would not go over well with the 'ordinary' shareholder. I am sorry, but this is a red flag for me. I had no success finding out any more on Strodtman via the internet. Anyone else doing any digging on him? I certainly would not add to my position now. I learned the hard way not to fade "the small stuff". Regards, John
