Gary - Do you know if there has been any communication between Midland and the SEC regarding Fisher's shenanigans with the stock, and if so, the outcome? I was describing recent developments to a friend this evening and the response I got was understandably cautionary due to the possibility that an SEC investigation could begin and impede the company's developments in the near term. Worst case scenario was that the company's shares could be decertified for cause. I know I could call Spriggs about this and may tomorrow, but right now using this keyboard is the quickest way to pose the question. DB
