George you are right ... I have found out today that Dan did not do the CUSIP paperwork and it has been submitted .. Now we have approximately 5 - 7 days before the company will get the new CUSIP number. Once they get the new CUSIP the company will apply for the xdate to NASDAQ.

Now any P you know between now and the xdate or hold at the time of the x date you get the split shares the morning of trading x.

but that was an excellent post.

At this point whether one buys MIDL or W profit is pretty much
same as you get one W for (.25 +.5) and the MIDL share too
for .75(approx).

Thanks GaBard, George, for the excellent posts in answer to my questions. Will probably convert my commons to preferreds in the morning and hope to get the dividend before the xdate. Thanks again guys!!!
