I understand the line of reasoning which proceeds that the xdate cannot be 5/29/98 because the filinf was not done because the CUSIP was not established. However, do we KNOW that the NAZ can't set a retroactive xdate? Or are we still guessin' and hopin' ...

If the president is not cooperating for some reason, there are ways around that also. You spoke to them/him......what was your take on their reasons for the delay or did they just blame it on Dan?
