The facts are that the trades were not executed. There is no S next to them signifying a sale. Looks like it was a "just in case the stock takes off" type filing. I'd want to grab some quick cash also and sell a part of my holdings until the mother lode comes in. Isn't that what most of us do every day?? --GARY--
