Regarding whether they will issue all 75mill, of course, we can't know for sure. But, if they didn't intend to issue the shares, it would have been easier to market the merger using a smaller number. Consequently, like taxes ..., I think they will tend to issue...

I agree that they have already locked in the shares needed to get the merger accepted.

Maybe in 18 months we will be rewarded for our patience. Don't laugh, it is possible.

If all ATCT shareholders voted the same as you, in favor of the merger
but against increasing the authorized shares to 100 million, then how
would ATCT be able to close the deal?
