Guys: ATCT is rounding up the number of shares from 27.5M to 100M. 57.5M shares or equivalents (57.5%) are going toward buying IQI ... I have not figured out yet if that is a fair price? 27.5 Million is owned by us (27.5%), ATCT stock holders. 15M shares (read 15% extra dilution) is being issued for who knows what: I'll bet it's going into someone's pocket (read not ours) ...
