zsteve, Thanks for the heads up on the insider selling. The most recent sales by the Chairman seem to be the most alarming, but considering most of these sales were in the 38 to 40 range and we are almost at 26(!) now, it could be he anticipated more effects from Asia would affect the share price, and chose to take profits. Considering how low the price is currently I am wondering how much of an effect an earnings warning would have. Hopefully we will base around this level. Perhaps it will be a sell the rumor, buy the news situation. I am confident in the longterm prospects of TER and looking to buy some more (I have a few shares at 34, I thought that was cheap!), but feel this sector will not recover right away. I sure am getting itchy fingers though.... Mosko

The thing I can't figure out is the earnings forecasts. They show earnings up 34% both this year and next year, yet the stock's P/E is down around 14 along with all the rest of the semi equips. Did the analysts just forget to lower their estimates?
