Gary, to call the entire mess a Quagmire would be an understatement indeed. I know that you have addressed all issues and have given excellent answers to all questions asked you. I am a long term holder of the "P" and I read every word on this thread and I am bothered by only one thing and that is the real possibility of big time litigation involving Midland and all their officers and ex officers and because of the magnitude of the DF-144 impact on the oil industry that some real hard ball is about to be played. I even question Midland's ability to defend against either merited or non merited litigation not to mention the years that it could take. For instance, just suppose that someone with very deep pockets decided to charge Arcon with a patent infringement. Right or wrong makes no difference, it's the cloud created by the charge and while everyone waits for the payoff to settle, the stockholders sit wringing their hands and waiting and the stock goes nowhere but possibly down. When you talk about a billion dollars in revenue it tends to bring every charlatan and criminal type out of the woodwork. Maybe my concern is unwarranted but I have seen too much of this type thing over the years. There is too much money involved and I don't think it is going to come easy. Sorry for the long post.
