Ron, The debate will probably go on and on with both sides fighting tooth and nail, which I find rather refreshing. What I like the most, and I am slightly biased towards the longs, is in that we didn't tuck our tails between our legs and move on just to lick our wounds. We're still here, still hoping and still waiting for something to happen and that alone will bring many things to closure. Unfortunately, your descriptive phrases attached to Pugs and Riley sort of degrade your comments and I say this not in a defense mode or want to exact a like reply, because I can see where after what you have been called in certain circles people would expect it. But I think Pugs didn't come into combat for lack of better description until after the run up. I could be wrong but you would need to research thousands of posts. IMO whether Riley wants to share where he gets his information from I think recently might fall into tonto's not wanting to share where he gets it from either. In any case, would it bring closure to this situation, I don't think so, but it does leave the field open to many interpretations. IMO, We had another company that was trying to turn itself around, which had some bad management, previously. I see where the press releases can and will present a problem but the SEC did get involved and halted the stock and there was mention that Gary Morgan was in NY to see the SEC. If the SEC looked into the situation and investigated the claims made against OVIS and lifted the halt, it appears, at least on the surface that there must have been extenuating circumstances and some kind of dialog that allowed OVIS to continue, under what conditions, I don't know. I find it disturbing though that there are individuals still trying to punish OVIS/RMIL and its shareholders, and would rather laugh and wish ill will towards another investor. This alone brings dispersion against whatever truth they do hold and share. But IMO the first volley was fired by Mr. Dempsey Mork when he tried to take the company name and when this failed, the lawsuits, the smear campaign, and the complaints to regulating authorities. It probably worked in the past but it appears not this time. dj-still hoping and wishing the best for RMIL shareholders
