Application: Hydrostrip 500 are engineered for a spray applicaton(pEiston or diaphragm pump).

paint layer.

Dwell time: The time required to lift a paint system will var}7., dependuig on:
Types of paints.
Number of layers to the substrate.
Substrate temperature.
Ambient temperature.
Most paint Systems will lifi between 1 Ed 6 hours.
Eien removing multiple finishes there may be a poor adhesion between repaints, in ifycac cases
Hydrostrip 500 may lift layers prior to reaching the substrate. Een this happens remove
lifted layers and reapply.

Protective clothing: when applying Hydrostrip 500, wear chemical. splash goggjes and. rubber or
neoprene gloves. If you make, direct contact with Hydrostrip 5.00,. remove clothing, wash with
water.

Rem oval: Removal of the lifted paints from the surface can be done by squeegee, mised with
water or vacuumed,

Temperature: For optimuni. performance, temperatures of 6SF/i SC or warmer are
recommended.

Clean up: Once the paint 1t#E&LC bat9 beets mrrn,ved E ,i>h. rhe Eurface with water (warm water if

Storage: Do not store Hydrostrip 500 in direct sunliEht. Protect Hydrostri.p 500 from freezing.

Disposal: Dispose ottlie solid paint residue according to local regulations. Hydrostrip 500 is

Common sense must prevail w}Eien cleaning any surface. If a surface is already painted or
coated, less pressure will be used and the teniperature lowered ittlie coating is heat sensitive.
