After reviewing Lindsey's actions, a federal judge has sharply questioned why a lawyer on the government payroll was doing this kind of sleuthing, according to confidential court records obtained by The Times. I think even the most casual observer would realize this is totally (if not criminal) unethical behavior on Lindsey's part. I can't wait to see how Lanny Davis, Dee Dee Myers, and the other Clintonistas can possibly defend this; however, they undoubtedly will somehow.
