James,
If the currency turmoil continues in Asia, which I believe it will, I believe we will see continued cash flow into the US markets which will continue to support low interest rates in the bond market. Also I believe that the slower growth that will result globally from the deflationary collapse of Asia will eventually see the Fed forced to cut rates here as well.
