Dom, Thanks for the Phone Number. I called and and asked about the 10k filing. They said "I know you heard this before, but it will definitely be out next week". I asked what the problem was, and he said they have problems with the firm that was doing the filing for them, they had to do it themselves. I told them about my concern with the fall in the stock price and was told " Don't worry, when this comes out the price will go right back up". Rick

Called. Spoke to Kyle Griss (sp?), who said he learned from DGIV that the S-10 form would definitely be out "one day" next week. Thanks for the number. We've waited this long...one more week should be a cinch... (gulp) --dch (did not know the opposite of gulp was plug until just now--see: some things are worth waiting for) P.S. For lurkers: just joking: long and strong: don't like to see DGIV's "price" jerked around, and right now down, but I don't confuse that price (in OTC/BB land) with the value and especially with the potential value of the company. Already initiated my laughing which I'll contine from now until my inevitable trip to the bank.
