Hi Jake Glad to see you back and posting! Yes its taking the company time to get everything in place. I really believe we are way ahead of where we were months ago! It takes time when other Governments and companies are involved. Looks to me like this announcement was actually put out by BRAZILIAN GOV. JUST MIGHT BE TIME TO GET BACK IN!

Jake & all PLFM Fans - remember the break-up the Telebras is a gigantic part of the Brazilian economy and very traumatic to the Brazilian people and Telebras Employees. The people are worried about their jobs and the executives are jockeying for position. We must wait and be glad that this small announcement came out. The government is trying to bring in the maximum amount for the privatization. It is a nonrecurring item for them. Merrill issued a In-Depth Report on April 14th. Very good analysis. :) BellBoy
