That is eaxactly as I understand it and NASDAQ can not be notified until the company gets the CUSIP which they are awaiting.

Exact answers no one is going to be able to get only parameters of what we can find. Look there are those that want this stock to fall so they can cover and there are those (most of us which is totally confused) ...

It is unfolding very nicely and the company is jumping on this with everything they got ... It is not an over night correction ... Hopefully very soon things will start to come to light as the attornies get there feet wet. We do not have to wory because of the stop transfers and the rest is being worked on.

That is not my understanding. MIDL will tell the NASDAQ when to set the xdate. All companies set their own xdate.

NASD/NASDAQ do not have any say over it unless a rule was broken.
