Is it a conspiracy ... perhaps a conspiracy to make money. Hmmm lets see: On the way up, a share sells for say, .20. The MM has to get the share from somewhere, so he gets it at .15. The point where he gets it is the question here. If he can get it at .15, then he will try to get it lower and move the bid to .14 or .13. As long as folks are willing to sell, he is willing to buy. The lower he can take the bid, themore he makes. But at some point, people are unwilling to sell. At that point, he has to raise the bid. To maintain his profit, he has to also raise the ask and the stock goes up.

Now on the other hand, the downside, he is aided by time. As folks want out, he is able to get the price lower and lower. He must only lower the ask when folks are unwilling to pay for the stock. As long as folks keep buying at the higher level, he will raise it tll they stop buying.

So, what is happening here? One effect might be the naked shorting which requires the stock to go down to save his butt. The other thing might just be that a lot of crybabies are bailing out rather than waiting.

On the issue of the stockholder rep being peeved ... looks like he has every right to be peeved. Look at the reality of the situation: What would you have him do? Perhaps waive a magic wand and the stock moves to $40? He has no control. He is doing what he does, which is tend to the running of the company. If you have any questions about the running ofthe company, then he will answer them. Beynd that, your peeve s with the ass holes that are running for the gate so that they don't get caught with their pants down when the company goes belly up.

IMHO, this company is not going to go belly up. If I had any doubt, I would have bailed long ago. I think, just as the rep said, this is just normal market fluctuations. Hell, I don't even look at my total portfolio value any more. I know it will turn around, and at this time I really don't need the money in the investment, so I am going to let it sit and perhaps even buy more. This puppy is going to make me rich and that is all there is to it!

Now how about all of this crying come to a stop and realize that as you sell, you only are screwing yourself out of the profit that you should be getting. And you are making me wait longer to be a millionaire ... I don't like that, and neither should you!
