Alberto, I think I agree with just about everything you said. Of course I didn't complain if manipulation was part of the upswing since that's the only side of the market we can play on the Bulletin Board. And, yes, I bought and sold several times on the way up and got out when I saw what they were about to do to the price. This area is where I get back in. Had MVEE been part of a different market, I would have shorted the stock on the way down. That's the crux of the problem we have here. We can't legally short (although some do through Canadian and offshore brokerages) so we can't play all the action taking place. Yeah, yeah...so why do I play the Bulletin Board if it's so crooked? Simple...it's a game with definite rules and the opportunities for huge profits. I'm bothered by the fact that the game can sometimes be rigged. Just because I know how to navigate around the pitfalls doesn't mean I should display a blind eye toward a system that isn't what it seems to be. Someone said market makers can't talk to each other or collude on pricing. I almost fell off my chair when I read that. Bunches of them are co-located in the same building in Jersey City for instance. They talk and mingle with each other daily. In addition, during market hours, they can and do signal each other with their positioning. Any of you that have Level II screens can watch for one of my favorite plays. Watch when a market maker causes the bid/ask to cross (bid is higher than the ask price). Sometimes this is a mistake but often it is used to signal the others that that is the desired price. As if by magic, that is soon the new price. Just one of many games they play. Anyway, my point was not to get into a long discussion of illegal practices on the Bulletin Board, but simply to comment on a set of actions that was under our noses. Everyone will do what they consider to be right for their own account and I hope you all make a fortune in this stock when it finally reaches its potential. Alan
