I interpret that to mean the content will be scaled for use by the installed base. In which case it won't be a major driver of upgrades for Intel boxes.
And I agree ADSL will get good response from those who can afford it and can get the service, but I think this is more a plug-in card upgrade than a new box upgrade. (It probably won't replace 56K modems in new PC's until the service is widely available and reasonably priced). Just hilites the point that the net is not constrained by the PC, but by the interconnect.
