The prospectus clearly stated that they need a price of $5.00 to get re-listed on the NASDAQ - which means a consolidation of 25 to 27 to one to get to that level. Once this happens, we will have lost the leverage that the low priced provide once the stock begins to go up.

I had one experience with a reverse split - it was Magellan Aerospace on the Toronto Stock Exchange (MAL). The stock went into the doldrums and declined for about 6 months or so - then it took off and doubled within 3-6 months.

Ultimately, the quality of their products and management will determine the future of this stock.
