Brady B, I am a lurker here who has read every post on this thread since last September. Your last few posts are right on the money IMHO, except I don't have a good feel for how ZULU longs will be treated. In an unrelated matter, I am almost convinced that Jon Tara is really here to keep the price down while the big money trades their stock in favor of this future impending deal between ESVS and ZULU, rather than posting as a short would post or as a savior to those who would "mis-guidingly" purchase shares in either stock. Jon's posts have certainly made for interesting reading (sometimes). Charles
